Disassembly:
 
 
First step for me was to remove the cylinder head and mixer. I removed the nail from the rocker arm pin and drove the pin out. 

CAUTION: Support the rocker arm near the pin to avoid breaking it.

Remove the four head bolts. I had to use penetrating oil and also tapped on the bolt heads with a small hammer to loosen them. Be careful. Broken bolts are no fun to deal with. 

Cylinder head and mixer removed. 
Remove the set screw and gently pry the mixer off the head.
