The High Country Crank-Up is our annual show. The 29th Annual High Country Crank-Up will be held on July 24 - 26, 2008. It is going to held on the Mack Brown Farm off of US Highway 421 in Deep Gap, NC 28618, the same GREAT location as last year!!!
Come see lots of antique engines in operation, including hit & miss gas engines, model engines, small air cooled engines, antique garden tractors, and antique farm tractors. There will be corn meal grinding, log saw, and lots of homemade ice cream, and a tractor parade. There will also be a children's pedal tractor pull on Saturday at 11:30 AM.
ALL STEAM EQUIPMENT MUST BE STATE INSPECTED!
Primitive camping will be allowed on site but there will be NO HOOK-UPS!
Show Grounds open Wednesday morning.
Plenty of good food will be available on the grounds.
Plaques and buttons will be available to exhibitors. Exhibitors are free.
Come spend the day or the whole weekend with us. We are sure that you will enjoy your visit.
